General Manager
General Manager Matthew Pickle, is a 5th generation Texan and retired US Air Force veteran. Matt earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant via the USAF ROTC program. He spent 22 years as a navigator on RC-135 and EC-130 aircraft, deploying multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan. Matt and his family have been stationed at Offutt Air Force Base(AFB), Randolph AFB, Davis-Monthan AFB, Langley AFB, and Pensacola Naval Air Station. While stationed at Randolph AFB and Pensacola Naval Air Station he was an Instructor Navigator teaching young officers the art of navigation. After a highly decorated career Matt retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Matt grew up in the town of Roswell, NM, and graduated college from New Mexico State University with a degree in Business Computer Systems. Matt and his lovely wife of 25 years, Leslea, have two daughters Katelyn and Abigail. When not working at Creedmoor Maha WSC, Matt is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys bowhunting, fishing, and camping with his family.
Customer Service Manager
Kristi Temple comes to us from Las Vegas, NV where she was a Corporate Director of Retail Operations - Station Casinos, LLC. She now lives in Buda, TX and is helping our Customer Service Representatives be as customer friendly and professional as possible. She is enjoying living closer to her children and thankful to be on the team.
Business Manager
Cassie Taylor came to us after serving 8 years with the City of Luling where she took on duties in multiple departments. Here at Creedmoor, Cassie works with all internal departments and vendors. She is also continuing her education towards Human resources, and advance accounting practices.
Executive Support & Communications Coordinator
Darla Damron With over 25 years of executive C-level support experience, Darla brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Executive Support & Communications Coordinator at Creedmoor Maha Water Supply Corporation. Since joining the team in 2021, she has been a vital asset, offering support to leadership while also overseeing the organization's digital presence, including its website and social media platforms. Her dedication to community outreach not only enhances public relations but also highlights her commitment to making a positive impact in the Creedmoor Maha WSC community.

Precilla Mancias is a highly professional and positive Customer Service Representative at Creedmoor Maha Water Supply Corporation. With just one year in her role, she has excelled in customer service, setting an example for her peers. Precilla's kind-hearted nature and excellent communication skills effortlessly connect with customers, making them feel valued and appreciated. Her attention to detail and dedication to the company have proven her as a valuable asset, consistently ensuring customers' needs are met with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
Sylvia Sandoval is a dedicated and highly experienced professional who joined Creedmoor Maha Water Supply Corporation in July 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise in customer service and eight years of retail experience. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sylvia showcases her exceptional musical talents as a seasoned singer and guitarist with a reputable mariachi group in San Antonio, a lifelong pursuit spanning over 16 years. Sylvia holds an esteemed cosmetology license from Milan Institute and is an esteemed alumna of Fox Tech High School. During her leisure time, she finds fulfillment in both singing and cherishing invaluable moments with her husband and their six children, consisting of four daughters and two sons. With her vibrant personality and exceptional professional acumen, Sylvia adds significant value to our team.
Sheryl Mitchell is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted career spanning law, court administration, and extensive customer service expertise. With eight years as a juvenile case manager in Bastrop and prior administrative roles at the Department of Public Safety, she's demonstrated her dedication to advocating for justice and safety. Having returned to Creedmoor Maha WSC in January 2024, where she initially began in 2020, Sheryl's deep roots in the area and comprehensive knowledge of its counties underscore her contributions. Family-oriented, she cherishes her three children, five grandchildren, and eagerly anticipates the arrival of another. Balancing her professional life, she actively engages in philanthropy, organizing benefits for those in need, and volunteering within her community. She finds relaxation and tranquility in coastal getaways, providing a peaceful escape from her busy schedule.
